Nomar Cabello is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, energy, and aerospace industries. He currently serves as President and CFO of Xcaliber Container, a market leader in container-based structures across the Southwest. In this role, he directs financial strategy, capital allocation, and operational efficiency while working closely with executive leadership to align performance with long-term growth objectives. Previously, Nomar served as Director of Finance at Masterbrand Cabinets, where he managed the $450M North American Stock Bath business unit, overseeing six manufacturing plants and four distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada. He also spent more than a decade in senior finance leadership roles at Weir Group, where he led North American Pressure Control operations and served as U.S. & Mexico Controller for Weir SPM. During this time, he successfully managed large-scale P&Ls, enhanced forecasting accuracy, reduced receivables risk, and implemented process improvements that strengthened compliance and delivered measurable profitability gains. His earlier career includes finance leadership roles with Ingersoll Rand and Covidien, and service as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, where he managed multimillion-dollar defense acquisition programs. Nomar holds three master’s degrees—an MBA, an MS in Finance, and an MS in Accounting—in addition to a BBA in Management. He is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and fluent in Spanish. With a proven record of driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence, Nomar brings deep expertise in financial governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
